The Lincoln

The Lincoln is one of Melbourne's most beloved corner pubs, tucked into Carlton since 1854 and still going strong. A Good Food Guide Critics' Pick, it sits well above the average pub with a seasonally driven kitchen that sources direct from farmers and fishers, makes its own bread, pickles and bacon in-house, and changes the menu regularly. The Art Deco front bar pours 12 rotating craft taps alongside a thoughtfully curated wine list, and the Sunday roast has become something of a Carlton institution. Warm, unpretentious and consistently excellent.
